After 30 day stamp.

A friend came into Thailand  with a 30 day Stamp  which is up on 18thDec. He wants to stay another month so what are his options: can he get an extension at Immigration.

Yes. Shouldn’t be a problem. 1900 baht. 

Probably best he checks the place he’s staying has submitted a TM30 for him.

yep. 1900 bht plus 1 photo, proof of current address and hope the hotel/guest house registered him with immigration.

bit of form filling and photocopying and a bit of a wait as it's busy this time of year. he needs to go near the 18th or they will say too busy come back later

Many thanks for reply.  He owns his own condo.I think it was he who said that the Office has registered him with Immigration. That was news to me. i thought they would only register the apartments they rent out.
