March hotel or boutique city hotel

Please may I have some advice on this two hotels please pros and cons if you can, March is a bit far but I don’t know anything about the boutique city hotel can’t find it in any of the topic thanks guys. I want to book for February

Avoid, it's a shit hole; luckily I only spent the last couple of nights there one trip. No idea if girl friendly as had LT with me, place was full of Chinese tour busses, no manners running up and down corridor all night and shouting to each other between rooms. Room needed major TLC  including the shower not draining properly and basically ending up having to wade through the whole bathroom while shaving etc.

That said, was more than happy to see they got raided for not having a licence so "maybe" they've upped their game.

OP - I haven’t stayed at Boutique hotel, but a glance at TripAdvisor tells us that it’s rated as the 420 th best hotel in the city.(out of 498). On the other hand March hotel is rated at 14. So in terms of quality it’s no contest. 

I am puzzled as to why you zeroed in on these 2 hotels, March lies north of Pattaya Central rd and Boutique is at the other end of town in the south. Why not choose the area you want to be (eg close to Walking St, Soi 6 or LK), then look for the best hotel in your budget range within that area.

Thanks very much guys I have booked my self in the penthouse hotel Pattaya one of the suite it look pretty good and loads of good comment on it, wheels up on the 9 of February I am counting every single second and I hope my trip report will be as good as some of you guys.
