Tons of cheap travel sims at the airport. AIS, Dtac, and True are the three bigger named ones. You'll require a passport to get one, but that presumably won't be a problem given you flew in. The passport part originally sketched me out, but someone on this forum told me that is law this year that they track all SIMs. It should be plug and play, provided your phone isn't SIM locked. If you're not sure about your lock/unlocked status, contact your provider to ask. If it is locked, ask them for an unlock code because you're traveling internationally. The SIM seller will handle install and settings adjustment if you want.
