Deposit Payable 2 week after booking your unit.

Rental return is paid in arrears, completion of the project is due back end of 2020 so your return would start in late 2021.

Because these units are being sold off plan your still able to get the best price available, with estimated capital gains at 10%, but if following on from previous projects and how popular Bang Saray is becoming, those estimates are very low in comparison.

If you take the investment option the condo is actually only costing 2,735,000 baht, Plus take into consideration all the facilities that are provided, plus free shuttle service as and when you need it and your only 400m to the beach. Its a pretty good deal. Oh and if you haven't got the money to buy it out right then you can also take 5-year to pay it..interest free!

Just go on you tube and see the many people who lost thousands in property scams in Pattaya and who are still trying to get justice.the old adage of buyer beware could not be stronger. You get nothing for nothing in this world

As with any investment with a high return there always comes a risk.

i have no idea about this project but there are a lot of cynical comments based on what someone said on You tube or what happened to a friend of a friend.

Dont invest what you can’t afford to lose.
