I usually get my SIM card at swampy just for convenience but I hear its a real rip-off, same as most things you buy in an airport.

I just need 7 days, decent Internet connection, thats it. I usually get the AIS 299 baht package, so is there an equivalent package I can get in a 7-11, for example ?

I'd rather avoid having to go to an AIS shop (tukcom etc) because of the long queues.

This is an easy one to answer. Absolutely no way as 7/11 do not deal with AIS.
