Looking for a place to live

Hi all,

I am in need of a 2 month apartment or condo rental in Pattaya starting 8-26. I know that there are lots of agents and such about, and I will be checking all of them, but I thought I would give any board members the first crack. I am looking for a furnished place, preferably with internet in a somewhat secure area. It has to have a balcony as I am a smoker, but only outside so the balcony is required as my smoking area.

I am looking to pay up to 12000 baht per month with the entire rental amount to be paid up front. An option to stay longer if I decide to settle in Pattaya after the rental period would be  nice but not necessary.
