A huge difference of attractivity between a house on Pratumnak Hill and one in the dark side...

BTW this huge wall with  grilling at a top make me think to a prison.

My fence is going higher the longer I live here,  nosey neighbours are annoying,  but my 2nd floor oversees the fence anyway.

Sorry for being vague, it’s located in south Pattaya near the dolphin world.

Ok, so in fact very very south, as Dolphin World is in fact in Huai Yai, 15 km of Pattaya.

Hmmm it's been years since I researched everything... you can become a Thai national own land and be a dual citizen? If so I missed that ....
