M.C. Burger

M.C. Chris, I looked at your menu and noticed that every one of your burgers and sandwiches has cheese on it. I'm one of those rare people that doesn't like cheese on a burger or sandwich. Yes, I'm sure I can order it without cheese, but I will have paid for something I didn't receive. I would like to suggest that you offer a hamburger on your menu in addition to the cheese burger you already offer. Even if it's only a 10 baht difference, it would be more fair, and make me feel better.  :)

We are currently working on putting together a new menu with some additional options (i.e. hot dogs, thai food, more burgers). That should hopefully be released in the next few weeks. There will be an option or two on there that does not include cheese.

I dont eat cheese and there is a build your own option I think, priced accordingly. Hopefully Chris will confirm.

Yes there is a build you own option, and one of the option is pick your cheese, not a no cheese option, and it's 200 baht the same price as a regular cheese burger. I'm not saying that 200 baht for a burger is expensive, I'm just saying that i don't like paying for something that I'm not getting, that's all.

It was just a suggestion, 10 baht either way won't break the bank.

why is the bun so pale white and large?  the inside ingredients are on point, just asking how you came about the final product of the bun.

The one I had looked like the pics I posted above. It wasn't pale at all so perhaps just the pic you saw used a strong flash or something.

I have no Facebook account .. never did, never will.

Yet, I can access some Facebook sites without having a Facebook account.

You might consider adjusting your Facebook setting to allow non-Facebook users to see your offer.

While Facebook has wide market penetration, there are many, many who do not abide them.

Good luck.

Indeed, the lighting on the pictures was quite harsh for many of our menu pictures. We are bringing in some better photographers this time around to get the pictures to look a bit nicer.

Actually, I get his Facebook page from his first post.

Mai pen rai, has M.C. Burger an Internet footprint other than just Facebook?

I agree with you on this

So many Pattaya businesses seem to rely on Facebook and either dont get, or drop, a website.

Its potential lost business - a website costs peanuts these days (less than $200 even from a decent designer)  and maybe $25 a year to maintain and host. All they need is a "location and contact" page to be honest so people can find them.

Not yet. A webpage and online ordering is on the to-do list after we get the basics sorted out at our new place.

Garden stuff should be kept to an absolute minimum on a proper burger. Lettuce and tomato are my food's food.

I have had several of the burgers on this trip and they were all high quality and very tasty. For my money, the Frisco Melt with curly fries is the best. Just love it. Keep up the good work.

Just a few updates...

Our new sign is finally up across the street from Tree Town so it should be pretty easy to see us now. Check out the picture below. Also, we have a new menu due out in the next 1-2 weeks with quite a few new menu options for you to choose from. I'll post up a full menu and some food porn when we finish everything up. And... for those of you that don't have facebook, we are also currently standing up a new website to showcase our menu, provide location information, and hopefully in the future maybe some online ordering. Until then, we will continue to serve up our tasty burgers.

I'll check it out tomorrow evening.  Love a good burger, not much in the way of burger places here.
