French food guide Michelin has awarded its coveted one-star ratings for 2018 to 34 establishments at a ceremony held at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) on Wednesday (25 July).

Among them were hawkers Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle and Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle, which also won the accolade in 2016 and 2017.

Actually, the IATA abbreviation for Singapore's Changi airport is SIN....although I think that would be far more appropriate for U-Tapao, given it's close proximity to Pattaya!  5555


Great stuff on the restaurants!  I am scheduled to spend 3 days and 2 nights in Singapore in November.  Will come back and check this thread before then!

I tried Cheek By Jowl and it is honestly really really good. I think you should try it. The staffs are great as well. You can't go wrong with this place.
