has anyone heard of or used the company " Rentalsfortheholidays.com" and if so are they ok.

i.e are they legit,or not etc

AIUI they are the official rental agents for The Base.

I live there for almost two years and rent from them. They are very helpful and good. Also as this is the rental arm for sansiri builders. Most of these units belong to they clients. Many buy every project they  build. The have  very repeat business. Last time I looket at the had 350 units on the website. Just google. Only problem in the base is the hoards of Chinese coming and going . Most of them are in A Tower.

One Chinese investor bought 36 units. So depite all the sign no daily and weekly rentals he gets away with it

Its a great building and location if you go out most days as said fantastic service. Usually one girl is assigned to you.Many times they paid  my utilities even my internt bill when I am travelling. They go to the bank every day so nothing a problem for them. However they put a management fee on now. 5% if 1 month rentals and 3% for six month. Dissapointing but worth it. AS I made a deal for my rent. Very low season dont be  afraid to negotiate.For me dealing with them I feel secure as they are the biggest builder in Thailand.

Many small 30-35 sqm places as low as 15 000 Month thats 500 baht a month .Even staying  two weeks it worth. 1000 is the price of a decent guesthouse with no elevators , swimming pools ,Gym
