well, definitively by hands

but, as someone already highlighted, it depends also about where you're getting your pizza

different than other places around the world in Italy it cames unsliced so unless you're gonna be to refold it in a quarter the whole pizza.... you must use fork & knife to slice it by yourself

then please repose all the utensils and go by hands till the last crumb
