I don’t eat it so can’t comment on that dish in particular, but Rhompo market/bars is a good bet for Thai/street food during the day or evening. The Night Market at the end of Soi 9 is an alternative in the evening.

No. The market is day time only. The bars mainly in the night.

Theres food pretty much 24/7.

Some vendors will come only in evening when they have the custom from the bars, so more choice then.

I am partial to the Duck King (aka the Duck Lady). This is a small hole in the wall place on the North side of Thepprasit just 30 meters, if that, from Thappraya. The focus is on duck dishes and she does it very well. My lady friend likes it as well.

Say North Pattaya Road out of Pattaya / right onto Sukhumvit / stay left and take the Motorway exit / stay left take the first slip off towards railway road (you don't actually join the motorway) / restaurant is on the left
