I can find Mint COATED so called "sugar free" nicorette gum but there is actually sugar in the coating.  Its very misleading actually.  In Australia I can get sugar free coating.  Trying to explain that to any pharmacy here is near to impossible,  Anyone else with diabetes have any advice ?  I tried looking online with no luck.
