When we come to Thailand to visit my wife's family I spend about a week in village but after that Is very boring, and then those 5 magic words, " you can go to Pattaya" , thank you lord for a week of drunkeness and debauchery .

does anyone else have such an understanding trouble and strife.

You and me both mate, my mrs goes to see her family and I’m left to do and go wherever I want, did  Cambodia for 3 days this year, then had about 6 days by myself in Pattaya.

My 5 favorite words are.

"Maybe buy you drink later" after being asked for drink by bar girl.

I know nothing to do with this topic, but again one phrase I use just about every night when in Pattaya.

also you should reconsider your position in the relationship - the words should be „teerak - i go to pattaya tomorrow“

For some Thai wives in the village with their Farang husband, those five words are a blessing, because now they are alone and have baht - a dream vacation.

if you ask for something - you say kohr ... noi khrab ..

 

if someone ask you - if you ... au mai ... 

you can say au khrab or mai au khrab

—- for the seller guys - you say „mai au khrab“
