Preferred condo agents?

Hi, 

Sometimes the same object is listed with many agents which I guess is the common praxis in some countries. Would you guys know any Preferred Condo Agents in Pattaya - and some that I should stay away from?

stay away from them all is your safest bet .

if to go with anyone go with a small agency where the owner actually works as a agent himself selling the units , better chance he may be one of the 0.0001% who actually wanna do a honest living / work here in the sun .

 

all horor stories cant be false about agents ?
