Guest House with separate/private entrance

Can anyone suggest any Guest Houses or cheap apartments with private entrance?

Usually stay soi Buakhao area,  Baku looked very good but not available my dates.

Building A above the bookshop has a discreet back door where guests or guests; guests can come and go or through the bookshop during opening hours 8am to 8pm.

Just opposite Baku is Boomerang, it has a dedicated entrance to the rooms.

I can say that the rear entrance to building A is very discreet in fact I suspect many have walked past it and not noticed it was there.
