I have stayed in around 50 hotels in Pattaya over the last 7 years or so, never heard of a hostel with a pool. Indeed, the only 'hostel' I have ever heard of is the Backpackers on Soi 15 Buhakow. 

Mate, hotel and prices in Pattaya are among the lowest on the planet - you can get a room from around 500THB pn. Indeed you can stay (low season) in some 4 star hotels with pools for under 1,000THB (eg Nova Gold). At these prices, there really isn't a demand for 'hostels'.
