The pool is completely private, there is also a communal pool in the development:

1 Beds in View Talay Villas generally rent for 35,000 (for a house with original kitchen, bathroom etc) 40,000THB per month (for a modern refurbished house).

The price includes maintenance fees which are paid for the year, pool cleaning & wifi are negotiable depending upon rental period.

Thank you for the information.  I won’t be back in town until later this year.  For future reference.

 I’ve always been impressed by these villas.  To be honest one bedroom or studio is all I would need, but price isn’t that much more for the two bedroom.

The wife is arriving in September to join me and we are going to look for a house to rent in jomtien around that time.  Will look at View Talay villas too.
