Amari Nova Suites on Soi AR is best one I've seen, good range of modern machines and great view over the city

The Avani Hotel, which was recently changed its name from Marriott, has the very best gym.  It's expensive, but it's the best.

Avani is good but Grand Central Mirage is better or equal. and has a long lap pool and beach etc.

Do you know if they have a payment option to use the facilities if you don’t actual stay at the hotel?  I didn’t see it listed, Avani looks good and has the prices listed.

You can join separately for month I think. Not sure of if there is a week option or not. It is expensive but you can go to the pool, the shortened menu fruit and health drink area, sauna etc.

I have joined the now-Avani gym many times over the past few years, for anywhere between a week and a month. If memory serves, there are options for either one week, two weeks, or a month. The prices are (too) high, but on the other hand, that is probably why it is never crowded. The annoying thing there now is that although you can use the outstanding Avani pool area, as of a couple of years ago hours are severely restricted for gym members to very early morning (until 8 or 9 am) and after 5pm only (mosquitos arrive at approx. 545pm, so you'll be just in time for that if you're relaxing on a lounger).

Does anyone have any knowledfeof the lk royal suites gym? Im gping to be at the hotel on saturday. Thanks

its not the best but if you want the have a great view while running you can try siam siam deisgn hotel
