Hello Everyone,

I been looking through the forums for best rated and girl friendly hotels.  Looking at the reviews I have narrowed it down to these. Here is the list I have so far.

Intimate Hotel

Siam @ Siam Design Hotel Pattaya I have heard their girl friendly policy has changed maybe. Looks like a nice pool and view. 
Pattaya Blue Sky Head same with guest friendly policy might have changed here also

Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel 

 

On a side note: Are there any well reviewed girl friendly hotels that have a lively bar/pool at the hotel? If I want to have a drink and people watch while I'm back at the hotel.

I have never stopped in any of them but i would pick intimate hotel based on location and ease of getting about , blue sky being a close second.

Siam @ siam has your best view with the rooftop pool. discovery beach likely your most expensive option, very nice pool and just looks really up market, close to soi 6 if that's your aim.

As far as lively pool bars go that's not really the pattaya vibe in the daytime, its extremely chill feel like you can take everything at your own pace. The majority of hotel clients are middle aged single guys, they aren't going to be going nuts 24/7 like the crowd in Phuket and phi phi. Best bet is probably Hard rock who do foam parties sometimes.

I've stayed at siam@siam and can confirm that it is very girl friendly. If the girl leaves her ID at front desk, the reception will call you when the girl leaves. You can bring the girl to your room without registering and leaving her Id at front desk.

OP - Most of the hotels you mention  are 'boutique' in nature and have only  small-ish rooftop pools. For 'people watching' around the pool, you want a 'resort style' hotel with a large outdoor pool on the ground floor. The best example in central Pattaya would be Areca Lodge (2 pools).
