Found this place on my last visit, its just over the other side of 3rd Road from the D Express, where I was staying. Looks a similar type of accommodation to the D X, instead of the rooftop pool its on the ground floor with some pool access rooms.

Can't find too much info on it so, has anyone stayed there recently? Its in my preferred area of town so might be a future option....

Havent stayed wrong side of 3rd for me but has some good reviews.

I stay the other side of 3rd road and really like it there. That hotel looks good, it has 2 blocks from memory, older rooms for approx 10k a month and newer built rooms for approx 15k a month. If its in your budget can't go far wrong. There are a few thai discos down 3rd road but i think further down towards Tai.
