The owner of the popular Kiss Beer Bar, across from Central Festival Mall on 2nd road in Pattaya is seeking assistance in identifying THIS man.

This man came in just before 9:30AM in the morning on Thursday the 25th of April in his bar and on camera relieved himself in public on the floor of the bar and then left. The bar was closed at the time. However, the man likely did not expect that the CCtv camera’s were rolling and that the owner would go to local media.

If you recognize this man please go to Kiss Bar and contact the staff on duty or report him at Soi 9 at the Pattaya Police Station.

CCTV cameras all over 2nd road, at 0930 surely then can narrow down his travel, it's not rocket science, it's taking a dump.

I wonder what his motivation for taking the crap was.  Was he actually busting to take a dump and had to go there or did he have a shitty experience with a bargirl there?

Did he wipe his arse or just pull his trousers up and hope for the best?

Was it solid?  If it was anything like my turds in Thailand it would have been one big runny mess.

You'd think they'd post vidcaps with a clearer view of the mad-crappers face and a bit larger than 300x168.  The only way they'll catch him is if he stumbles back into the bar to leave a second present.

He looks like half the white guys in Pattaya...

Would it have been preferable if he had done it while the bar was open?
Most of these events are involuntary in Thailand. He was probably desperately seeking a quiet corner.

I think it is obvious that the bar has done something wrong in the first place.

Looks like a 3 tone blue striped singlet. That narrows it down. Jomtien was probably too far to make it.
