Third Road, according to a translated report mentioned elsewhere.

Owned by Bjorn Colov (aka Thanapong Thanomkai  as named in the quoted article above),the son of Niels, the curious policeman and owner of the Pattaya People media project.

Is this for real?  You can be arrested for testing positive for drug use?

What if a falang did drugs in his native country, and visits Thailand... Yet never brings anything illegal or illicit into Thailand.

Are you saying you can be force tested, and thereafter arrested and incarcerated for drug use outside of the country?

Doesn't matter.

Are you saying you can be force tested Yes if there's reason to believe illegal substances are involved

and thereafter arrested and incarcerated for drug use outside of the country?  possibly. Fines & court appearance may be necessary, either way can seriously mess up your schedule back home if you cant leave the country for 30 days.

A few threads on TV forum about the BK bibs stopping ferrangs in the street checking for passports and forcing a urine test there and then. Tea money of course.
