Well, I survived.

May 22nd, 2014 I arrived in Thailand on what I thought would be three to six months of a long vacation after being laid off.

I am still here in 2018 and running the bar.

This is not my four year anniversary of running sexy but to me is very special as it is my four years of my new life, moving to Thailand and surviving against all odds.

This will be a very special night with:

-Quality catered foreign food and Thai food for everyone to enjoy.

-All the girls in a very special and sexy outfit for this evening, lots of single hot girls to choose from.

-Hip hop mixes, my personal favourite and tons of music to get down and dance to.

-AJ trying to survive the night, sharing stories and enjoying four years of living here.

-A Dance contest with all the girls with prizes for the winner about 10:00PM

-Post it note roulette with prizes, a special game in which every lady drink you buy you get to pull a note, some have prizes!

-Rounds of shots throughout the night!

-Tons of PA members celebrating!

I'm looking forward to this, here is a blurb I wrote on my facebook about it.

Tomorrow is my anniversary of living in Thailand for four years. I'm looking forward to this, more so then my birthday, working anniversary or the bar opening anniversary. To me, it means I have survived four years living in Thailand against all odds.

Many people told me years ago that coming here so often was a mistake and many more expected me back in a year or so. That never happened. It's been trying at times, fun as hell most of the time, very rewarding and has been a brilliant life experience.

I am proud of still having my health after all this time. I have discovered how to balance multiple projects and still enjoy what Pattaya has to offer. Yes, I am a butterfly, no I still don't want a girlfriend or children. I have met, literally, thousands of people and the vast majority have been wonderful. As most who know me know, I don't dislike many people anyways and tend to get along with pretty much everyone.

I am still disappointed in myself for not learning more Thai in my time here and I never took to Thai food. I really tried on the latter, the former not so much.

I am proud of maintaining my emotional state after a rocky patch about two years in. This is not an easy city to live in and the majority go downhill very quickly. I would say the vast amount of people I know are gone within a year or two at the most. I'm still here, still happy and enjoying my life. I've stayed out of trouble, I have avoided drugs and the dangers others have and have avoided losing all my money to a bad relationship.

I hope those of you in town come and celebrate with me tomorrow night. We won't be doing a ton of crazy games or events tomorrow, it's going to be more about being able to have some drinks, to tell some stories and for me to thank you guys for all the support you have given me over the past four years.

It just be fate, because the Queef fly's in on Tuesday. I'll be there to celebrate with you and buy you a beer. Congrats on the 4 year mark, and here's to another 4. Cheers buddy!
