kitchen looks poorly designed (bang your head into the cabinets when you try to wash dishes) and very small (just like the toys, EZ Bake Ovens), as are most condos in all but the most expensive condos... furniture (not much of it) looks cheap as in most rental condos... very good location, centrally located in Pattaya... older building, must be factored in - Thai and whoever builds it/from wherEver the fuck they are from - construction of condos is pretty shitty quality in general and they don't age well over time, unless very well maintained, and that is the exception to the rule from what I have seen/and read about... also, the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor - probably narrow, hard to go up/down carrying anything/easy to fall when drunk/tippsey/etc.... so, overall OK price on a (looks) nice (in the photos), fairly big unit...

Where did you see it say that i think is on the 3rd floor i think .and over 2 floors as the pic looks as it is a duplex.

Any how dead money unless you actual want to live in it.

Here are just 3 of the multi-pal posts a BM made trying to sell think he started at 5.5 mill from when i started reading 2 years ago.And went down in price over many many months as you can see last push at 4.1 mill desperate to sell i dont know the real full price. but the market would say low 3 mill mark wouldn't be surprised if he took under 3 mill.
