VT6 Room 18-659

Featured Replies

Anyone had the pleasure of staying in this room before? After 5 years of hotel hopping around Pattaya I think I've found the perfect room! spacious, has a couch (good for many things :) ), central to everything but that's the whole building, great view, quiet and has one of the best beds I've slept in :Hug1:

Expensive for Pattaya but was worth every cent, just be careful bringing ladies back though, first night and first girl of my trip I made the mistake of not agreeing on a price before leaving the gogo and when she saw the room wanted 4,000 baht for ST  - PS: not the one in the photo :)

Wow. Nice room. Jacuzzi on the balcony :)

What was the price?

That's the first room that I ever stayed in while visiting Pattaya. Nice place.

It does look amazing. May I ask where you booked it?

There's a flyer on tables at Casa Pascal advertising daily and monthly rates for a VT6 room. I'm wondering if this is it? I think the rate was in the order for 3,600 a night for a 2 bedroom which isn't too bad.

I saw it on dancewatchers.com

3500-4700 per night, depending on the rental length. Again, it looks fabulous.

I booked it for over 8 nights so the price dropped to 3,800 baht per night, but does climb if you book it for less nights.

This unit was only a 1 bedroom unit, I met the owner who lives in the corner unit next door, he said it started off as two units and he knocked the wall out between them.

Yes mate, through Dancewatchers, here's the page:

I stayed there on my first trip!

My only advice is get rid of the rug in front of the bed, I almost slid and killed myself a few times stumbling in lol

Are VT6 units key or card access? I prefer card because it fits nicely into my wallet and I like to travel light.

Keys seem to be the most common with Dancewatchers. They also give you a card to open the gate at Beach Rd. I hate carrying them around to but manage without a lot of hassle.

I considered it but went with 19/700 instead much nicer and better value. And views are better.

I booked the 18-659 last year through Dancewatches for my first visit of Pattaya.

Room is quite impressive but I didnt feel comfortable because of all the ants. Had to spray numerous times.

Stayed in 3 different rooms in vt6 and never had an ant issue.

Basic rules, clean up after having food, wash you plates/cups right after eating, no food wrappers etc left in the bins, no crumbs from cookies, potato chips, toast etc left on the kitchen counters and you should be fine.

If I was renting a room and paying that price and followed these simple rules above and there was still an ant problem I'd be asking for a refund and move.

You are absolutely right but I spotted the ants on my first day, so it wasn't my fault. Maybe ants aren't an issue anymore, because I killed them all. :)
