Hi fellow members,Swiss air are doing return flights from Lhr to Bangkok for £380 anyone had any recent experience with this airline

I flew them from the US.  I was not impressed in any way.  The trip to Zurich was with their value airline Edelweiss, charged me for a second check on bag, never have had this happen on an International flight.  The second leg was Swiss Air, a bit more leg room but they also changed me $29 per leg to choose my seat in advance.  I will not use them again.

Not so recently but I have flown to Zurich from Manchester a couple of times and joined a bkk flight from there. The only problem was that it's a code share flight, Swiss air are part of the star alliance and they often code share, the end result was the plane is packed, great for the airline but not so good for the passenger hoping for an empty seat next to him ! 

I remember the airport being quite small so there wasn't much to see or do when waiting to board except to look at mountains across the runway
