I have taken over Pattaya Auto Hire from Laamok and GoGoDog 

I'm now renting their cars along with Cars and Bikes of my own

Is there 100% insurance on the rented cars? If not, how much would it cost to get one?

Yes the cars are all fully insured you will have copies of everything in the car .....

incidently ..

.. my bikes are not fully insured.. no one wants to insure an older scooter for anything more than the basic government requirements
