Lasting Health Impacts of Taking Kamagra

Featured Replies

I always have a shit gym session the day after taking Kamagra or any other similar drug, with a higher heart rate than normal and when I check with my home machine, , a noticably  lower blood pressure. It happens every time, so it's not a coincidence.  Rather worrying really if it is having that impact so long after its taken . Anyone else notice more lasting health /fitness impacts of the drug , say up to 48 hours after being taken?

yes i can notice short to breath and more fast heart rate 24 hour after eating kamagra. now i only 35 this not problem but i can not think to take this in 20 year?

after finish boom also same like nuclear bomb breath super strong for 2 minute and need many minute recover for breath one time possible i maybe die i think if this happen i hope not have me inside news paper with prostitute!

They call me ROBINHOOD, captain TEAM FARANG!

I just feel fatigued the next day but don't know if it's caused by the Kamagra or being up most of the night hitting it hard. Not meant to be humorous.

So I have one trip a year, I take kamagra when I my sex schedule gets "busy" and after a couple days I don't really have to keep using it. Once it's been in my system I can keep going like a rabbit! I don' feel any long lasting effects back home.

2 points I've felt effects and I put it down to my own fault

1. I had 2 before a long sex session one night with a LLT and almost fainted at a set of traffic lights the next day, luckily she was with me.

2. Again I had 2 while on a soi 6 bar crawl and ran back from a ST to catch up with the group, my heart was beating out my chest. Felt like I was going to faint again.

Don't exercise after taking them, don't mix with alcohol and have half a pill at a time. Has the same effect and they last longer.

Same for me.  One evening, still in bed, I though I was on my way out, heart beating out of my chest, dizzy, faint.  Just told the TGF that i needed to sleep  and recover and I was out of it for 10 hours. That was not general fatigue. as I was well enough rested, bar the sex action,  just the drug I think.

Not taking a double dose may be a good idea

If your doing this just take half a pill

For a short time I only take a 1/4  of a 100 mg pill, the effect is the same but the side effects will disappear faster!

Nowadays I just buy the Sidegra 50 mg as it is easier to break it in half.

Cheers Beet

Yea I don' feel many side effects from the gel. Sometimes I'll get a red face for 10 mins right after I take it...thats about all I can think of really.

I always take a Nexium ( time released pill for heartburn ) daily while in LOS . I vary between Kamagra gel and Sidegra , never more than 1 a day....  health impacts ?   Tends to make my dick hard.

I am not ting tong...my mother had me tested.

I'd be more concerned if you find it's impacting your vision or hearing.

ED drugs, tadalfil in particular, are used long term for pulmonary hypertension. So yes, they do lower BP - although in my case that's desirable. I wouldn't worry about BP issues.

ED drugs have also been associated with Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SSNHL). This has actually happened to me 3x over the last 7 years, although in all cases I recovered completely (the standard treatment is very large doses of corticosteroids). I only use Cialis / tadalafil

The actual evidence for ED drugs as a causative agent of SSNHL is quite thin at the moment, as no large scale studies exist which tie the two together, ie., it may just be that there is an association between ED and SSNHL rather than that the ED drug itself is a causative agent. Some evidence points to this

Are you supposed to keep under your tongue as you describe?

I’ve always swallowed as soon as the gel entered my mouth.

Just curious as they don’t come with instructions.

Can you elaborate on this as I'm curious to understand this a bit better? What happened in each of the these 3 instances? You suddenly lost your hearing after taking the pills? How did you recover - by taking oral steroids or an injection? Was it a 100% recovery or do you now have tinnitus? This would have scared the sh*t out of me the first time but I guess it hasn't phased you since you have experienced it multiple times

SSNHL is a poorly understood phenomenon (the linked article is very detailed and informative). Medical science doesn't really know what causes it in the majority of cases. It is usually defined as a loss of 30db or more of hearing sensitivity within three contiguous audiometric frequency ranges. Most often it occurs unilaterally, that is to say in one ear only. It is often accompanied by varying degrees of tinnitus.

In my case, I woke up with the problem all 3 times, usually with 72 hours of last taking a cialis. The first time it happened it felt like I had water or cotton wool in my ear - this was the subjective feeling. I kept trying to clear my ear by holding my nose and blowing, much like one equalizes the pressure underwater. After about an hour or so I realized I was actually hearing deficient in this ear. I used a software-based tone generator to go through the frequency range and measure the decibel loss. My hearing was affected in the 2k - 4k range, which is the range of the human voice, where I was functionally deaf in the affected ear. I did have some tinnitus, but not excessive.

After doing some research, I understood that this was idiopathic SSNHL. As mentioned, it's a bit of a mystery to medical science. The one thing they do know is that the quicker you see a doctor and treat it, the higher the chance of recovery. If you see a doctor within 72 hours, the prognosis is good. The standard treatment is high doses of corticosteroids about 60mg of prednisolone per day. My doctor (a top London specialist) also gave me a loop diuretic because of the high doses of steroids. I recovered my hearing completely within about 5 days with no residual tinnitus.

The other two times it happened I knew it immediately for what it was. Again, it happened in the 2k - 4k frequency range. Fortunately, I also knew the treatment and because I now live in Thailand, getting the prednisolone is much easier, so I was able to treat it within two hours. Both cases resolved within three days at the outside, no tinnitus. 100% hearing recovery. I didn't bother to see a doctor because I knew the correct treatment and the only major positive prognostic factor is the speed of treatment.

It does phase me to some extent of course, but the evidence of ED drugs as a causative agent is very thin. I have been taking tadalfil regularly for about 5 years now and it's happened only 3x. There is a stronger association between SSNHL and hyperlipidaemia and hypertension than there is between SSNHL and ED drugs. I suffer from both high blood pressure and high cholesterol (both familial). So in the absence of strong evidence, I'm not going to attribute a causative etiology to cialis.

Wow thanks for sharing your experience - it's quite scary. There are literally millions of users of sildenafil I'm surprised there is not much warning on this serious side effect. I guess it's quite rare and, as you said, only limited evidence exists regarding the drug being the direct cause of SSHL.

You must have a good relationship with your doctor - it would take literally weeks to get an appointment with a specialist where I'm from

There is actually a warning. But again, I reiterate that there is very little concrete evidence that ED drugs themselves are causative agents. I've read a lot of literature and I'm unconvinced myself. It's more likely from the evidence that the same things that contribute towards erectile dysfunction are themselves the causative agents of SSNHL.

I used a very expensive private specialist as I knew from my research that time was of the essence.

Anything taken under the tongue gets absorbed quickly into the blood stream. That's why folks experiencing a cardiac event are told to put the nitroglycerin tablet under their tongue. Going through the digestive system takes substantially longer. I usually get twingles 20 minutes after doing Kamagra under the tongue (sublingual).

Good thread. I monitor my heart when i exercise 4 days a week. Its higher if I've been drinking the previous day, usually 5 bpm. I've not monitored it after taking Sidegra. I took a 50mg yesterday and today my heart rate was normal during exercise. I prefer not taking it anyway as i don't like the mild symptoms of feeling a bit congested and the sense of blood flowing quicker in the head. I'll monitor it a bit closer in future

if you look at post 19 that explains, i just read it somewhere some time ago, started doing it during my last two visits and 'seemed' to get good results in better time, so many things effect though, tiredness, hydration, booze (im not a big drinker) and general physical condition,  i mean i tried cialis but it did nothing for me, black ant had varied results, viagara tablets i got headache and had difficulty coming, the kam gel has been by far the best, although take it on a relatively empty stomach i think regardless of keeping it under the tongue.

Why are you taking kamagra at 35, when i was that that age i never had a ED problem.

I've been taking it quite regularly for 10 years with no obvious health effects.

The above gave me pause for concern.  I only take ED drugs when mongering and normally use kamagra.  Since I lost a lot of weight years ago, 50 lbs, my blood pressure is more on the low end side.  Today, the three times that I took it, it was in the lows 90s over low 60s.  My doctor tells me that anything below 90/60 is a concern.

Please give me your thoughts about using ED drugs. Thanks.
