any one?

are you looking for a guest house specifically? otherwise: opey de place and nikom court and sotus court are all on soi lengkee or the corner to soi buakhaow. rooms typically in the 20-30$ range, sometimes even slightly less.

The Bluebird Inn is very good, just tucked behind the Haven, so quite at night from the road noise, rooms very clean and management really friendly, nice restaurant underneath.

I have booked Haven restaurant and bar, on soi lengkee, based Agoda reviews and email from guesthouse stating no extra charge for guest.....  anyone stayed there ????

looked at clean guesthouse but reports on PA say not always guest friendly

Stayed at Haven in October, it is popular with golfers, has good food at fair prices, the electric stays on when you leave the room, which is a plus if you want to charge a device, most places the electric goes of. Even the air con stays on, but I would still turn it off or right down when leaving.

There is one cheap room on the top floor which I probably would not stay in again as it has no space at either side of the bed to get out of, made it awkward to go the loo in the night, i moved as soon as I was able, to a larger room. The water does not get very hot in the shower but other than that it is centrally located, good amenities, reasonably quiet and the staff are polite and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Have a look at the reviews on Trip Advisor.

"Hideaway Guest House" just off Soi  Buakhao, 2 mins from LK Metro.

Stayed there 3 times great place girl friendly.

thanks guys

 really appreciate your help

I stayed at Chow Soy guesthouse on Chaiyapoon, there is a big thread in here on it, you just email your dates asking.. But if other guesthouses full, dont get hopes up.

I still have a couple of rooms available around that time, have a look at my website hi-lighted below.

Cheers

Alan.

Not a bad place for the money , I had room number 1 so could sit on my balcony and people watch down the road.

Also it’s cheaper to pay direct on arrival .

Bookings.com it was 700b a night but I payed on arrival and the lady charged me 600baht a night .

stayed a few times there a hassle free place  but this time they are booked for the room in want

How long you staying? Why not a condo if you are there for a month. Lots around avenue, CCR is an 8 minute walk for retox soi lengkee.

The rooms we have had always been walking in shower, I do miss a soak in the bath.

It's been a few years, maybe 4, but I stayed a week there. You could do worse. I stayed in the suite.

Try honey pot on Top of Soi honey.

BM BrisbaneAl runs it, I haven't stayed there personally but have mates who only stay there every trip
