Brand new Bangkok to Chiang Mai Premium Busses launch, travel VIP Style for 780 baht

Featured Replies

Bangkok-

Pictured are the new premium busses for only 780 baht from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and back.

They can be purchased and picked up at the Mochit Bus station in Bangkok.

The sleek, air conditioned bus includes built in televisions with a variety of programming, comfortable seats, complimentary non alcoholic drinks, a complimentary Thai food buffet (pictured) and great service.

For those looking for a comfortable and premium bus ride from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, this is the way you need to go for about 20 dollars US.

That's all well and good and probably a nice comfy ride but it is also a 10 hour bus ride

Not sure I would want a 10 hour bus ride when for about double that fare I can fly there and be there in an hour.

Looks very comfy, but i wont spend that much time on a bus when i am on holiday, flight to LOS is more than enough for me.

For three times that fare and a high degree of uncertainty about when/whether I get there, I can take the train.

And I know I'm crazy, but I do love trains.

No airbags for the likely crash from "brakes failed"?

Every hole a goal.

Condoms kill boners. Save the boners.

Stop the Vagilantes.

So comfy, even the bus driver falls asleep...

Take the overnight train instead...

Looks comfortable but I would rather pay $40 and be there in one hour.

Looks really nice, thanks for the info
