I know how to check a bike, I need to know things like the title doc's, where to find a bike?

I dont really want to buy from a bike shop, & pay a premium for doing so.

thanks for any advise!

thats great thanks, my thai lass tells me the thai sellers quite oftain swop over internal parts, so a newish bike can be quite knackerd...is the common practise?
