Thank you, I assume that means either that it doesn’t include theprice of the change of ownership process (very little compared with the cost of the car, or more likely, he doesn’t have it, in which case I am not interested.

 

I suppose I’ll have to call him....

You need to get a thai who can speak good english to ask him as its not clear from what he has written if he is saying "no book" or "transfer of name in book" not included in the price.

The way it is written in Thai could be either altho I agree it would be seen by most to mean  does not include the tabian.

You are correct no book run away.
