new hotel advice in pattaya

hi, im coming to town for 5 days and my usual hotel baraquda is not available, also last time i smelled heavy mild in their air conditioner so i want to find new hotel.

i sent many emails to many hotels to see their guest policy. Unforunately all LK hotels, wave hotel , and many others, have age restriction as 20. Therefore i focused on 2 option
1 - vt6 condo seaview
2 - holiday inn

i have no experience for both, i know holiday inn far from action. guys who used holiday inn before  had any difficulties about transport or something else ? girls can use hotel facilities ? i plan to book superior room but not at executive tower.
Executive tower worth for price difference ? it is about 25 % higher. what is the differences between executive rooms and standards room in holiday inn ? At acagoda i see Superior King Ocean View  room, 33m2, how can understand if this room located on executive tower ?
Or i shoul simply prefer vt6 over holiday inn ?  i dont want to have problems with  hotel when i come with 18-19yo hotties
