Today while out getting some exercise I noticed 2 projects that are now or about to open.  The first is City Center Residence which is located just off 3rd Rd and close to the Full Love Inn. Its a large condo project that still has a few workers finishing up some rooms but individuals are living in others.  The other project is located on Soi Arunothai just north of the LK Legend Condo and is called Maxx City and is a condotel.  Signs outside said opening the 25th of Jan with monthly rents starting at 10,9000 and purchase at 1.59 M baht.
