Are there any Country and Western type bars in Pattaya. I can’t think of anything sexier than a tall, slim and attractive Thai lady wear tight blue jeans and a cowboy hat!

A sexy look yes l, but the sounds of country & western would instantly kill off any stirring in my pants! Each to their own lol

Screamadelica is an absolute classic. I'm also enjoying Give Out But Don't Give Up, too when they turned into a bit of Stones tribute bar band for a bit.

Been loving the 90s recently. I saw Liam Gallagher at Reading Festival last August which got me right back into Oasis again and then back to the Happy Mondays and the Stone Roses. I've been reading the autobiographies too.

I just listened to the first Ian Brown album Unfinished Monkey Business from 1998 for the first time. Good stuff.

Well that got me reaching for the iPad and YouTube - yes i admit to becoming a bit of a YouTube freak as over the years i have shifted from being a fan of bands, to a fan of individual songs, not even entire albums any more.

Right now a Charlatans Youtube playlist with a bit of Radiohead chucked in for good measure.

I also have a rather morbid (I guess) habit of reminiscing when an old fave passes away. Bowie, Lemmy and Tom Petty got unusually large playtime last year.

I like Stones era Primal Scream too.

Dealers keep dealin'
Thieves keep thievin'
Whores keep whorin'
Junkies keep scorin'
Trade is on the meat rack
Strip joints full of hunchbacks
Bitches keep bitchin'
Clap just keeps a-itchin'
Ain't no use in prayin'
That's the way it's stayin', baby
Johnny ain't so crazy
He's always got a line for the ladies
Yeah-yeah-yeah
Get yer rocks off, get yer rocks off, honey
Shake 'em, now-now, get 'em off downtown
Get yer rocks off, get yer rocks off, honey
Shake 'em now-now, get 'em off downtown
Creeps keep crawlin'
Drunks keep fallin'
Teasers keep teasin'
Holy joes are preachin'
Cops keep bustin'
Hustlers keep hustlin'
Death keeps a-knockin'
Souls are up for auction
Ain't no use in prayin'
That's the way it's stayin', baby
Johnny ain't so crazy
He's always

The charlatans are one of my favourite bands ever, still go and see them every year at least once when they tour.
