will arrive in patts on Jan 7, 2018....looking for a 2 month rental that is off 2nd road, Soi 15 off 2nd road, or very near to that location. have rented from City Garden several times and that is perfect location. has to have elevator, secure covered motorbike parking, full kitchen, hopefully a pool and work out room. Not interested in studios, looking for 1 bedroom that is not on ground floor, needs to be quiet and secure.  Thanks guys in advance.
