Condo needed for 4-6 weeks in early January

Heya

I'm looking to rent a condo from January 9th 2017 until at least February 8th, possibly a little longer. I'm checking in all the other usual places and thought it'd be worth posting here, too. 

I'd prefer something that's central Pattaya, either 15-mins walk from second road or a short ride away. 

-One bed, bathroom, kitchenette ideally, air con, balcony would be handy, and all the usual stuff. 

Not massively concerned about WiFi, parking, Gyms etc.

I know it's short notice and only a short term stay, but you never know what'll come up!
