You could set up a raspberry PI as a dedicated VPN so all your devices in your house go through that.

AirVPN has a dedicated client called Eddie or you can use it with OpenVPN (most providers will allow you to create the .opvn file for it)

Just as a quick fix, you could use the Opera browser that has a built in VPN. That might be enough.

I have an account with  https://www.vpnuk.net but that is to give me a static IP address, so that I can run server(s) from a retail internet connection. (Normally Email gets blocked if you try to run an SMTP server from a residential IP address)

I have used them for a couple of years and their connection has been reliable.

Most VPN providers do not support static IP - and VPNUK apparently do not have servers in Finland, but you can probably get Finnish TV from one of the EU locations.  They support. UK, USA, Switzerland, Canada, Spain, Italy, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Russia, Singapore, Luxembourg, Poland, Australia, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, India, Israel and France.

ExpressVPN has worked well for me for over a year. Prior to that I used PIA. I'd recommend going for a trial or one month plan for any VPN before you commit to a longer term contract.

Any VPN provider that supports Wireguard. In this case I would vote for MullVad but any provider that has your specific country as exit point works well. https://mullvad.net/

* ExpressVPN is a good option as well but they use LightWay which is considered as fast as WireGuard.

Why Wireguard instead of OpenVPN? In my experience it's faster and works a lot better if you are in a country where they are actively trying to block VPNs (think Middle-East).

If your handy, it’s fairly easy to install openVPN on a clean Linux box. There are plenty of walkthrough guides online. With some enjoyable trouble shooting. I’d expect you’ll be up and running in two hours or so.

The free license supports two users. it comes with a handy online panel to manage accounts etc, so you can share with another friend.

all things considered, you might be better off with a commercial vpn however

For those who want to roll up their own VPNs, you need cheap hosts and VPN server software.

For hosting, I suggest Gullo's, either a single or 6 pack of NAT IPv4 128/256MB VPS Bundle: https://hosting.gullo.me/pricing
For the 128 plan, coupon LEB-NAT-128MB lowers the price to $2/yr
256MB plan gives you more transfer gigabytes, though.

Install Ubuntu 20.04 server from the VPS control panel, SSH in and install Wireguard or OpenVPN server:

I prefer Wireguard over OpenVPN. Easy install script: https://github.com/Nyr/wireguard-install
Intructions: https://atetux.com/how-to-setup-up-wireguard-vpn-in-3-minutes-on-debian-10

Or OpenVPN install script: https://github.com/Nyr/openvpn-install
