The problem you will find by posting...  "No Questions On Here Only Listing To Help A Friend Please Call The Above Numbers".

Is that BM may think you don't wish to answer questions here as you think you may get BM pitching in with comments that are not beneficial to a sale.

Its a two edged sword to lay it all out here but could be useful I am sure you can ask your friend the answers and post them.
