Thailand has quite a big and active Honda scene, plenty of Civics around although possibly not that many Type R's although the FD might be more common. NSX well, that's a dream car for a lot of people and judging by the current auctions in Japan they are going up in value pretty quickly.

Not sure about you but whilst driving around my area of Isaan (at least for the few brief moments I can avert my gaze from the road safely), I am amazed at the amount of old cars lying around in peoples yards.

Not sure if you have gone through www.kaidee.com ? Open in Chrome and translate the page and you can navigate fine. You will be surprised what is there (this is just a 1980 year search):

https://rod.kaidee.com/product-128421732 (your Ford Capri, shame about the engine RIP)

I have a car already and am not looking for one

I remember Steve McQueen put a Porsche engine in a vw bug.  cool at the time, but if your gonna get a classic get the prettiest one you can afford. That ford is not very pretty cept when the hood is open

To an American the Escort might not be pretty but if you are British or Irish you will most likely look upon it as a thing of beauty. If you are a rally enthusiast then it will always have a place in your heart. Some of my earliest memories are of Ari Vatenen in the famous Black Mk 2 Escort lighting up the by roads of Ireland and 40 years later they are still lighting up the by roads of Ireland.

Having said that I would probably buy the Alpha if I had a choice lol
