Clean budget hotel in a great location and has a very nice 24 hours coffee shop (Toms & Toms) serving good coffee and pastries.

However it has 2 major pitfalls:

- The room is super tiny, figuring out where to put your luggage will be a real struggle. Don't know if they charge for 2nd guest but can't see how 3 people could fit in that room lol

- The AC works 12 hours a day only, its centrally controlled and you don't have any idea when it will be working

Overall it's an okay choice if you're a ST guy and just need a room to crash, otherwise there are better options.

This used to be a Tune hotel, which if you didn't know the brand, was a super no frills chain which basically prided itself on low cost. The location is a little far from WS and other nightlife locales so you may actually spend a bit on Moto taxis vs a more Central location. If you like to go back n forth it could add up to a couple hundred baht easily. Also, rooms are very tiny. You wouldn't want to spend time there so if you like to bring girls out to your room, this isn't a good place. Also had a joiner fee when it was Tune but not sure now. I would pay a few hundred baht more for a better room as it's going to be money well spent. Would only go here if you are really tight for funds.

I was there last Oct/Nov. I really like this hotel chain.

Pros comfortable bed, great shower, clean, very curtious staff. Right on the Baht bus route, cheap transportation. No fee on the first girl. I didn't take a second one so not sure about additional charges.

Cons room is small, no fridge to keep your drinks cold, no balcony (if you are a smoker)

Upon checkout I had forgot my tablet in the safe. The security ran a few hundred yards down the street to stop me. I went back to the room and got my tablet back. They didn't even hold their hand out for a tip. They could have just kept it. The staff is excellent. I tipped the security guy for his efforts.

Recommend using this hotel as a great starter hotel. It is comfortable and you can scout out what area of Pattaya catches your fancy!

Pros:

  • Good shower.
  • Super clean room
  • Very fast checkin and checkout (They have walkie talkies and they communicate fast with maids). Absolutely well run hotel with no hassles with anything.
  • Good maid service. You get extra towels
  • Easy transportation as its right on second road.
  • Room key card is required to operate the elevator.
  • Walk-able distance to Soi 6.

Cons:

  • Very small room you will feel cramped.
  • No fridge in room. They said they could keep anything in the fridge at the reception if its small enough.
  • If a girl comes to visit you then you have to come down to the reception take her to the room.
  • No telephone at the room(and so they wont call you once the lady has left). There is a smartphone app with which you can chat with front desk if you need something.

They have a 25% discount on your birth month if you book directly with them. Wont probably stay here again since there is no fridge and have to do the walk of shame every time someone comes to visit you.
