One Month Stay

Hi,

As a real pattaya addict of course I got to know plenty of hotels for short time stays. My next trip will be different though, as for the first time I plan to stay a whole month in Pattaya with some short trips to Ko Chang and Hua Hin.. 

I want to be flexible this time with how long I spend in other locations as I want to go with the flow. Roughly one and max two weeks will be spent outside of Pattaya. So the idea is renting an apartment for the whole month while not spending more than 2-3 weeks in a hotel with daily rates. 

Usually I stay in August Suites for my short stays, to give you an idea about my expectations in terms of room quality and location.  I always start the night on Soi LK Metro and I drink, so I am looking for a serviced apartment in a suitable area - baht bus access preferred.

Limit is 30k per month in March. Any ideas?

China Garden.... Not a serviced apartment. But nearly so. Great staff. Good rooms. Quiet Soi

Sign up to airbnb and you should get £30 discount on your first booking, some good condos on there at the moment, thinking of booking the base myself

If you're interested in The Base, why don't you just book with their in-house rental, Rental for The Holidays.  Lots of units around 20,000/mth.  I've looked on AirBnB and haven't seen anything approaching the prices at The Base.  It would be great location right around the corner from Soi LK Metro.  Walk everywhere.  Catch baht bus from either Soi Bukhaow or Beach Rd to Walking St. and get dropped off by baht bus in front of condo on 2nd Rd. 

As a side note, some of the Rental for Holiday units may not have in room internet as as standard, so if it's important ask.  If you're getting a  data plan on your phone, then you've got that covered.
