Khao Man Gai recipe?

Anyone know how to make the chicken soup dish?

I looked it up online, but none of the recipes sound right.

Its just boiled chicken on rice,,,, all the times I had it.

I looked it up online, but none of the recipes sound right. 

The chicken is boiled in a broth of carrots, celery, shallots and some ginger and coriander.

After the chicken is cooked the broth is used as the soup.

It's usually served with a spicy sauce and cucumber.

  It is a good site.  The guy who has it takes his Thai food very seriously.
