Just wondering from those who have actually stayed at the Base.

My lady friend, has a friend who can get me a place at the Base for 22k baht for one month, is that a good or bad price?

It has a kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and balcony.

Many reviews on it already. Prices start at 16-18k depending on the floor and view. That is excluding water/electric and wifi is additional too if they have. You need to confirm on the particular condo.
