Dosed! Off a BBBJ in a BJ Bar of all things. What antibiotics to take?

Didn't even think this was possible. Or thought it was massively, massively unlikely anyway!

After 10 years and probably around 60 visits to BJ bars in that time, I got a BBBJ in a famous Patpong BJ Bar in Bangkok one week ago, one where there are stars and light.

Today (7 or 8 days later) I woke up with a little bit of that creamy discharge coming out of my jap's eye.

Continued on through out the day, now with a small feeling of peeing needles that accompanies it.

Have gotten it maybe 2 or 3 times before during my time here, though never from a bbbj.

It's not a bad case (yet) and is developing slower than previous times. So it might clear up with a few days of overdosing on vitamin c etc etc. But maybe not.

I'm trying to think of the antibiotics I've used before to clear it up, but can't remember.

Anybody know the name of the over the counter anti-biotics usually used??

Thanks very much.

Go see a human doctor.  It's cheap and generally works better than Dr PA or Dr Google....

Dr. Google can provide some good information if you consider the source of the article and eliminate self-serving, directly or indirectly, sponsors. Then go see a best physician you can afford and ask questions based on what you read on Google.

Every hole a goal.

Echo the above, go to a clinic bro.

I caught something nasty 5 years ago and it started flaring up when I started going to BKK for the flight home. It burned to piss in the airport toilet and I grabbed some antibiotic at the airport Boots. Finally went to the ER when I got back home as the pills didn't do anything.

For things like that with stuff dripping and burning out of your cock, you really need to go to a clinic or doctor to get that properly checked out. I felt better right away after the ER visit.

NOT would be the operative word here!!

You have the best  suggestions above.

And you show photos of azithromycin.... do you know how to take that even?  It is NOT as you are likely to find on the packaging!!  As an example ONLY......... it takes 1.5 grams all in one shot for relief, IF and ONLY IF this is an older strain of the disease.  Many of the current cases are resistant.  And resistant to MANY of the antibiotics.

Current local doctors would be MY first choice.  And I am a self diagnosis and treatment kind of person.  But with this one, even I would be heading to JH's suggestion.  Listen and learn.  After this one, write down and remember what you were given.  But more than likely, you are going to get an injection of Rocephin on top of the best choice for what seems to be going around your local area.  So in all cases, you should be at a doc.  I would.

Personally I take tetracycline. Readily available in pharmacies and very inexpensive. 4 a day for 4-5 days. But then I am a great disbeliever in doctors, particularly in Thailand.

I have my regular STD Doctor in Naklua every trip,  he's got a stunning Nurse there who frowns whenever I drop by; I'm hoping to take her out to dinner in October.  I'm sure she'll let me fuck then.....

the nurse at this place hit on me several times   555.    Went in once with my 48 year old friend that is in great shape.   One time she wanted to know my age, I said guess, she said 47.  I said what about him, she said 50   so funny

Go see a doctor, self medication is rarely a good idea.

I second the above and all the other comments that urge visiting a doctor.  For one thing, you could have an infection that isn't gonorrhea and you need to get the most appropriate medicine to fix it.  Self-medication can make things worse, not better.

Well you<op> posted 17 hours ago. I am curious as to what treatment you did and how you feel now.

If you can squeeze pus out of your cock like cream cheese then its not working.

Thing is, discharge and pain doesn't necessarily mean it is a sexually transmitted disease.  It could just be an "ordinary" urinary tract infection and the courses of treatment for the two are different.  Know what you have before you start popping pills.

Also, even if the symptoms clear up, you need to be certain you are free of an STD.  Only a doctor can tell you that.

They usually start treatment before results are known if you have symptoms

Yeah tell them too. Girls may not have symptoms so if you don't tell them they will be carriers for potentially ages

There is an option to the last one. You can get tested here. http://www.mtinterlab.com/
