I just left yesterday this nice hotel ,it is a new hotel opened 7 months ago in soi 10 near beach road, the confort rooms are very beautiful specially the one where i was it because to is in the corner of the building and the rooms are bigger, the price that i paid was 1700 bath per night, it is a good price for that room, the bathroom is so big, i will post also the photos

the only problem of this hotels said the hotel because the manager told me that all the rooms are the same, is the air condition, it is new but must be very cheap kind, all is automatic but the temperature change alone, sometime is cold sometime is hot, even if i set the fun in the minimum ,it never stop it and it was noisy and to much wind in the room, specialy when you sleep

i talked with the manager and he was very available to do something, but then nothing changed

I'm really sorry because the rooms are very beautiful

about the pool must to use the pool in the Serenotel because they will build it next year, the pool in the Serenotel is so small bat so beautiful with a wonderful view

Thanks for the review. Excellent timing as I'm staying there for a few nights on my next trip.

Did you get any noise from the other rooms or corridor?

Thanks for passing along the information and sharing with others. Could not find the website of the hotel itself.

Any updates from anyone who's stayed here since last August?

The sea view rooms look absolutely fantastic - good sized balcony / terrace with unobstructed views.

Would be interested to know if the pool has been finished (they appear to still be showing photos of the Serenotel Pool on the various booking websites) and any  info about the gym, which the hotel apparently has but there's no photos of. Tripadvisor reviews seem a bit sketchy too.

I stayed there last year but my eyes were focused elsewhere LOL.  Does anybody know if this place has a carpark?

Thank you for the info.

Furnishings look nice and new....but room feels a tad small and pokey.

I like a bit of space to prowl while muttering to myself.

Thats pattaya hotels for you.....great in the first few months you return a few later and they're pretty run down.

I took a look at two rooms a few months back. Both rooms were identical but one faced the sea and the other didn't. The sea view room had a small balcony but i cannot recall if the inward facing one did. The sea view from the lower floors was an obstructed one.

For me the rooms were well equipped but way too small. Probably not much over 20sqm. The original poster mentioned a price of 1700 baht. At this price it would be fine for a weekend. I was quoted around 1000 baht higher than that as a "special " opening offer. Despite the excellent location i wasn't interested at that price for that sized room

Can you share their web address? I would accept smaller accommodations for a balcony with Sea View!

I can't find a specific hotel website although i am fairly certain that they have the same ownership as the hotel opposite which is the serene hotel if my memory is correct. There is also a phone number visible on the picture posted by the op

They are bookable via most of the online booking sites although they maybe listed as Deep Blue Z10 or Deap Blue sea. If you can cope with the small room the location is fantastic although i would imagine that things would get a little crowded if you like to party.
