I believe the entrance is down the right side of Ruby. I will be finding out next month since I will be staying a couple of nights.

That is up to the owners of Ruby 100% nothing we could do about that unfortunately.

I actually spoke to the owner of Ruby a few months about increasing room bookings and was told he is pretty much full most of the time so i really doubt he would want, or need, to give up 15% ot Agoda.

And Agoda takes 17% from the customer.    They are making a killing for doing nothing.

It actually varies. I used 15% as a rule of thumb. Bigger hotels and chains pay around 10%.

Then why ask someone to ask the owners to put it on Agoda? You'knew the answer to your own question all along!

Because I wanted to go ahead and pay for it in case I had a change of plans and didn't show.

I have seen small Pattaya hotels fail to honor reservations when they were not prepaid.

Just contact them on their website and pre book/pay
