I fancy taking this for a year (or longer if available) but am not on next trip until towards end of October. What sort of deposit are we talking ??   I always get the impression that they never come back to the rentor appreciate thats not applicable to everyone though

The deposit for a 1 year rental @ 10,000Bt a month would be 2 months , so 20,000Bt.

I can assure you that I return all deposits held.

Yes thank you for that......just one question for now if i may.  Internet is included now wifi  ??  Reasonable speed 3-4 mps ??
