Varicose veins

Anyone out there have them and got them treated?

I've noticed prominent veins in my left leg. It started showing up a few years ago, and now I have a huge one on top of my left knee, a long one down the front of my left shin. 

It just looks gross and I get self conscious since I wear shorts a lot in Pattaya.

I've had them in my legs for decades, but have yet to get anything done about any of them. I used to be a little self conscious about them, but as each year goes by, I care less and less what anyone else may think  Now that I'm over sixty, I don't really care any more about what someone else thinks about the veins in my legs. :-)

are you british Quota....?? Theres a reason for asking re the treatment
